Successful surveillance audit according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000

Mr. Huber of TÜV Rheinland hands over the new TÜV Certificate

Since November 2003 Porextherm Dämmstoffe GmbH possess a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 confirmed by a certification executed by TÜV Rheinland Group. After the certification was confirmed and endorsed with an excellent audit result in year 2006, now the yearly surveillance audit might took place.

In the days November 13th and 14th, 2008 the TÜVRheinland® scrutinized the standard conformity of the valid quality management system and checked all company departments and the current version of the lodged processes. As in the years before, the TÜV Rheinland® couldn’t establish any departure from the standard, so that the surveillance audit was successfully passed.

Since the foundation of the company in year 1989, the general management of Porextherm continuously promotes, besides the continued development of the core competence in the field of microporous heat insulation systems and their manufacturing, the quality thinking and the process of continuous improvement. Now, this effort was once again confirmed and considered to be effective by the external certification authority.

The ultimate ambition of our action is customer satisfaction. Processing quality, fast and flexible reaction to customer inquiries, competent occurrence as well as expert advice define our behaviour.

The consequent implementing of the lived quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 by the employees of the company Porextherm Dämmstoffe GmbH reflects our quality concentrated quality and company policy for the benefit of our customers and the enterprise.
