The basic principle is adapted to today’s time: Flexibility, also in housing. The idea of Flying Spaces was created according to this principle. It is a housing system developed to keep up with the changes of the time.

The living box was built with a timber frame construction and contains everything which a house needs within a small area: 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. And if there isn’t sufficient space, the surface area can be easily doubled with a second living container. If the space required reduces, for example when children move out, the process can be reversed and one container box can be removed again. In the case of moving, the house is also loaded on the transporter and is moved along with all other belongings.

In the designing and construction, highest priority was given to the most modern and functional materials and techniques. To achieve an enormously effective usable area within the smallest surface space – with very good insulation values at the same time – the space saving vacuum insulation Vacupor® was applied. The heating energy needs could thereby be lowered to a minimum.
